  • How do I make a reservation?
    You can make a reservation at The Courier by booking directly on our website or giving us a call.
  • Are you pet-friendly?

    Yes! Dogs, including emotional support and therapy dogs, are welcome in designated dog-friendly guest rooms for a $50 nightly pet fee and a $200 deposit. Each room can accommodate a maximum of one dog weighing under 40 lbs. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and must be reserved in advance. Guests traveling with dogs are required to complete and submit the hotel’s Dog Policy & Waiver before arrival, as the completed waiver must be received prior to check-in. Failure to submit the required documentation may result in check-in delays or denial of accommodation for your dog. All other guest rooms are designated as non-pet-friendly. We encourage guests to contact the hotel in advance to confirm availability and review our pet policies.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check in time is at 4:00pm, and check out is at 11:00am.

  • Where are you located?
    The Courier Hotel is conveniently located at 191 Washington Street in downtown Salem, MA. Our front desk is located at the ground level, and our 21 rooms can be found on the second floor of our building.
